When can I expect an email response?

I always aim to respond to emails within 36 hours. If you haven’t gotten a response be sure to check your junk mail.

When will my order ship?

My usual turnaround is 3-5 days from your order date. However, shipping times may be longer depending on the season.

If there is a hold up for any other reason, I will contact you via email and let you know. 

When can I expect delivery?

Please allow up to 2-3 weeks for US orders to arrive. Shipping time will also depend on the type of service you opted for at checkout.

How do I track my order?

​Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. Again, please allow up to 1-2 weeks for orders to process before receiving a shipping notification via e-mail. 

Following this, please allow 48 hours for the tracking to update on the link provided.

Why does my package say delivered but I haven't received it?

Unfortunately, once I ship out your packages, it is beyond my personal control and in the hands of USPS. I am not liable for any lost packages once they are scanned by the USPS. Please reach out to your neighborhood post office in this situation.

Damages & Issues

We will always do a thorough check of items before shipping but please inspect your order when it arrives and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and make it right!

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us.

How do I adjust my order? ​

​If you ordered a wrong size, input the wrong address, or notice any other mistakes regarding your order, please let me know as soon as possible and I'll do my best to adjust it for you! However, if your package has already been labeled as shipped and you received a shipping notification via e-mail, I can no longer amend the order.
